Abstract
With the fiber bragg grating (FBG) based curvature detection technology, a new means of active vibration shape monitoring for intelligent structure is investigated. The method verification of vibration shape perception and reconstruction for experimental aircraft framework model is also presented. Ideas behind the design of construction composition of experiment system are introduced, along with the method and process of the three-dimension vibration shape reconstruction of experiment frame model. After that, the design, fabrication and encapsulation of the FBG curvature detection unit, principle of structure shape reconstruction algorithm, construction of the experimental environment platform, and the component and development technology of the software system are described. Using the FBG modular detection units embedded in the experimental frame model, combining the analysis of the structure vibration shape perception and reconstruction method, a detailed experimental verification study is conducted. The results of this experimental study demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed technical method and experimental verification system. Moreover, the corresponding technology and method can provide an effective exploration train of thought for the active monitoring of key structure of high performance aircraft.
