Study on UF-NF for municipal wastewater advanced treatment

Performance of UF-NF for the treatment of municipal wastewater was investigated. The removal efficiency for COD, TP, NH3-N, TDS, was 81%, 90%, 91%, 91%, respectively. The effluent was partial acid (pH 5-6.5) and need to take certain measures to neutral pH. The results showed that the effluent water has high quality, and can be reused either directly or indirectly for municipal or industrial purposes, and even can be used as drinking water sources.
