Abstract
提出了一种适用于超高频感应加热电源的混合全桥逆变器,该拓扑可以像class-E逆变器一样,能吸收母线输入端和逆变输出端杂散电感,谐振电容可以吸收开关管的输出电容,互补驱动之间无需预留死区时间,同时工作在恰当区域时可以实现开关管零电流(ZCS)、零电压(ZVS)导通以及近似的ZVS关断,开关损耗大大减少,因此适合用在高频领域.本文详细分析了这种拓扑结构的工作原理和特性,然后通过仿真和1MHz/1kW的实验样机来验证它们.
