摘要

•We fabricated high quality (001)-oriented YBCO/BFO/STO heterostructures.•The structures maintain the superconductivity of YBCO and ferroelectricity of BFO.•The c-axis crystal parameter of BFO film decreases after the fabrication of YBCO.•The superconductivity of YBCO is suppressed with increasing thickness of BFO film.
