The modeling method of the motor radial jump in the CT imaging system

For the micro-CT imaging system and nano-CT imaging system, because of amplification imaging and detector's integration time, the radial jump of rotation motor will impact the precision of CT projection. However, according to the structure of motor, the radial jump is random and ineluctability. Furthermore, there has been no feasible way to eliminate it. So this paper uses stochastic process theory to build the stochastic process model. Expect this model can provide the basic for revising the impact of jump correction. First this paper uses the laser displacement sensor to measure the radial jump. Then use stochastic process to build forecast model. Finally, change the location of the sensor, measure the other data to test the model. Excellent results are obtained from experiments. The experimental results indicate that the forecast model can retain 95% significance level. Therefore this model can availably forecast the radial jump of the motor.
