An optimization model for locating refueling stations of alternative-fuel vehicle

We take optimal of overall operational effect of refueling stations of alternativefuel vehicle network as our goals. Then we take full account of the cost and benefit factors such as construction cost, fixed cost, variable cost, sales revenue and tax in the entire life cycle of the proposed site. Meanwhile we build a 0-1 pure integer programming model for locating refueling stations of alternative fuel vehicle which meets the characteristics of market demand and restriction of corporate capital. And we put forward a calculation method which includes some important parameters such as the users' needs, the construction cost, and operating cost. Through the location case of an enterprise (LNG refueling station), we verify the rationality and validity of the model at last. © 2013 ICIC International.
