The structure design of complex nesting high precision optic-electronic mast

The complex synchronization optic-electronic mast driving structure project which was made up of one section gliding screw and many ball bearing screws by nesting one another was put forward. This project can solve the antinomy that the gliding screw auxiliary gliding resistance being big but tacking on self locking function and the ball bearing screw auxiliary gliding resistance being little but needing autocephaly self locking structure. This mast structure was composed of 5 segment sleeves, 4 segment screw, 3 set ball bearing screw assistant, 1 set gliding screw assistant and 3 group synchronization locking planet gear drivers. The main part structure of the optic-electronic mast was designed. The synchronization driving from was analyzed. The integer design of the complex optic-electronic mast was done. The driving structure project which being made up of gliding screw and ball bearing screw can be proved useful by account checking and idiographic examination. This project can galactic reduce the holistic moving resistance while the structure being easy and precision being high. And this structure can improve the mast loading ability and using reliability. Comparing with the all gliding screw driving structure, the transmission efficiency of the complex mast driving structure can increase 13 times.
