Discussion on prolonging the operation cycle of cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit

As the operation cycle of cracked gasoline hydrogenation units in China vary, this paper analyzes the operation of cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit from aspects of feedstock, impurities, poison, reaction conditions, etc, trying to find out the points limiting the long term safe operation of the unit, and optimizes the operation conditions based on the actual characteristics of each unit, trying to eliminate all bottlenecks, so as to achieve optimum operation cycle and realize maximum efficiency of the unit.
