Abstract
•60 compounds in GGD were firstly identified or tentatively profiled by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS.•A HPLC method was established for the simultaneous quantitation of 14 components.•The validated method was used to evaluate the quality of 12 batches of preparations.•The study might improve the quality control standard of the formula product.
