摘要
In this paper, the popular flue-cured tobacco variety of HD in Huili County of Sichuan Province was taken as experimental material, then statistical methods of variance analysis, multiple comparison, optimum curvilinear regression and Grey relational degree analysis were used to study the distribution characteristics of osmiophilic granule content at different altitudes of tobacco leaves and its relation to the contents of neutral aroma. The results indicated that the content of osmiophilic granules in tobacco leaves at different altitudes had significant differences, and the distribution rule showed that along with the up of the altitude, the content of osmiophilic granules in palisade tissue first increased slowly and reached the maximum at an elevation of 1900 m, and then decreased rapidly. The content of osmiophilic granules had close relationships with every ingredient of neutral aroma components and had a biggest influence on the content of neophytadiene and products degraded by carotenoid.
