Abstract
本研究利用微波辅助法提取叶下珠多糖,采用苯酚硫酸法测定叶下珠多糖含量,通过正交实验考察了提取时间、提取功率和固液比(m叶下珠粉/V水)对叶下珠多糖提取率的影响.结果表明,微波提取时间对叶下珠多糖的得率影响最为显著,提取时的功率影响次之,固液比的影响最小,在微波提取时间为40min、固液比1:20和提取功率400W时,叶下珠多糖得率最高为7.9%.
