Abstract
优化加拿大原产地西洋参皂苷的最佳提取工艺.采用HPLC-ELSD法,在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面法,以人参皂苷Rb1为响应值,建立数学模型,对提取温度、时间、乙醇浓度和料液比进行优化,确定最佳提取工艺.结果表明:提取温度为90℃、乙醇浓度77.4%、提取时间1.88 h、料液比1:25、提取2次的人参皂苷Rb1提取率可达到1.40%,与预测值1.41%相差不大.
