Abstract
为了提高造纸法再造烟叶(RTS)的综合品质,探讨了多聚磷酸铵(APP)对造纸法再造烟叶热解燃烧特性和感官质量的影响.结果表明:①含有APP的造纸法再造烟叶(ARTS)和RTS均由5个热降解阶段组成.APP的添加并没有改变RTS的热降解过程,但明显降低了RTS在第2(200~280℃)、第3(280~370℃)和第4(370~670℃)热降解阶段的热失重速率.②RTS和ARTS热解过程中所释放的热解气体主要由H2O,CO2,CO,NH3,羰基类,醇类和烷烃类化合物等组成.③微燃烧量热和锥型量热测试结果显示,ARTS的易燃性和可燃性均较RTS有所降低.④ARTS在香气质、浓度、刺激性、杂气和余味方面均较RTS有所改善,特别是在减轻刺激性和杂气方面,APP作用明显.
