Design of the electrical interface static parameter tester

This paper introduces a kind of electrical interface static parameter tester. This apparatus can complete the automatic testing of the electrical interface's characteristic resistance, isolation impedance and cntact resistance, with high precision, high reliability, high efficiency and so on. The apparatus is being used on the space camera interface testing, which not only improved test efficiency, but also educes the measurement error. Now has achieved good results.
