上海光源XBPM自动量程I/V转换器主要用于光束线的刀片式探测器和丝扫描探测器的信号读出,所需测量的电流动态范围大,从pA到mA量级的跨度;工作环境中有较多驱动电机的信号干扰,需要进行抗干扰和低噪声设计,以提高设备的信噪比,保证测量数据的精度和稳定度.论文给出了电路和相关程序设计,以及自动量程I/V转换器的测试结果.
