尽管我国近些年的科研投入有了很大增长,但总体上临床应用基础研究水平依然很低.除了体制上的弊端之外,作为研究主体的研究者,应充分认识到创新和应用是眼科临床基础研究的生命线.应强调遵循创新性研究的原则和方法,掌握最新研究动态,提出关键课题,实行多学科联合,完善研究设计,促进成果转化应用,为我国眼科事业发展做出新的贡献.
