Abstract
水痘是儿童期常见的一种传染病,该病由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起,初次感染表现为水痘,并继续潜伏于脊髓神经节中,当机体处于某种病理状态或免疫机能下降,则产生带状疱疹.冻干水痘减毒活疫苗是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒传代毒株制备而成,是预防水痘感染的惟一手段.本文对冻干水痘减毒活疫苗国内外发展现状及未来发展趋势进行了综述.
