Abstract
目的 对湖北省2009年和2010年小型灭螺工程进行绩效评价,探索不同地区最优效益工程的灭螺措施.方法 参照血吸虫病防治有关指标体系,对湖北省小型灭螺工程费用-效益、费用-效果及费用-效用进行评价.结果 183项小型灭螺工程灭螺覆盖率为40.15％,有螺面积下降率为32.86％.单位面积灭螺费用为0.39元/m2,有螺面积下降1％的费用为67.34万元.总效益为15 554.14万元,总效益费用比为7.03；净效益为13 341.44万元,净效益费用比为6.03；政府与工程单位投资比为1∶2.11.结论 小型灭螺工程短期效果明显,效益良好.
