Parking choice model based on multi-QoS

Parking choice is important in a parking guidance information system, current studies on which are mostly based on qualitative analysis of the parking service nature and the number of spaces. These studies consider related factors in a simple way and cannot adequately reflect users' preference and service individuality. A parking choice model based on multi-QoS was developed with the utility function used to decide the sequence in parking choice and with main factors affecting motorists' parking decision-making analyzed. The results of data based investigation verify the rationality of the developed model that not only reflects the effect of the main factors on decision-making but also shows users' preference in decision-making.
