Abstract
低速核采集系统无法满足高精度能谱测量对核信号采集的要求.设计制作了由前端电路、高速ADC、FPGA和微控制器组成的高速采集系统.高速ADC实现核信号的最高100 MSPS离散化操作,FPGA处理实现数字核信号的高速接收、存储,并响应上位机的操作命令,实现核数据的发送等操作.通过对FPGA的静态时序分析和实时核信号的采集测试表明:该采集系统具有实时核信号的高速采集能力,可应用于高精度能谱测量场合.
