Abstract
以改善大功率柴油机的节能与排放性能为目标,研发了一种既先进又易于制造的燃油喷射系统——增压式高压共轨系统.该系统可在各负荷区域中,通过对2种喷射压力(可调)和3种喷油率(矩形、斜坡形、靴形)之间的匹配和调节,实现柴油机的全工况优化运行.研制了系统的关键部件——电控增压泵,并为其开发了单电源单开关自斩波驱动电路,搭建了试验平台.试验考察了电控增压泵的增压性能、系统喷油率的可调性和理论增压比对系统性能的影响等.
