Research on deformation measurement technology of large dams

This study describes the basic methods to measure the large dams deformation using vertical coordinates and analyzes the lack of the structure of commonly used CCD vertical observation instrument, and using the principle of application computer stereo vision, a new CCD vertical observation device structure has been proposed. It also designs the CCD drive circuit, CCD data collection and communication circuits, and proposes the calculation method of instrument calibration and the vertical coordinate.
