Application of hydraulic jet annulus fracturing technology in Hechuan block

Coiled tubing sand blasting perforation and annulus fracturing process is based on Bernoulli principle, uses a high speed fluid generated by hydraulic jet device mounted on continuous tubing to penetrate the casing, cement, shooting a certain depth of hole in the formation. By the annulus to do pump operation, using proppant to bury operated section after the completion of the transformation to isolate the fractured segment and subsequent without fracturing, the operation is repeated until all pre fracturing segment are transformed. Finally, the coiled tubing sand washing is used and begins production. Field application shows that this technology can reduce the formation damage, shorten the construction period, reduce the development cost, and improve operation safety and productivity obviously, which has the great potential to develop oil-gas field of low permeability, thin inter-bed.
