Cerebral angioreticuloma

32 cases of cerebral angioreticuloma which were operated upon and confirmed histologically are reported. There were 18 males and 14 females. The clinical features of the tumor are as follows: (1) The incidence is higher in young and middle-aged individuals. (2) The tumor usually occurred in the posterior cranial fossa and usually manifested as a cystic lesion. (3) Intracranial pressure increased. (4) Recurrence rate after operation is higher in patients with Lindau's syndrome. In addition, the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and other problems of cerebral angioreticuloma were discussed in this paper.
