煤层气U型井PE筛管完井泵送方案

Abstract
为解决井壁坍塌堵塞流道问题,采用一种PE材质的连续筛管对煤层气U型井、多分支井的水平段进行完井.PE筛管主要通过井口注入装置由钻杆内注入,在下入一定长度后筛管会发生屈曲自锁,通过钻井液泵送筛管以有效解除屈曲锁紧状态,将筛管送至目的层位.筛管引导装置承压台肩的形状和尺寸对泵送效果起着关键作用.通过建立模型分析,推导出液流对台肩的冲击力公式,通过现场试验分析获取流阻系数的方法,并验证泵送方法送入筛管的能力.结果表明,液流对台肩的冲击力与液流和引导装置之间速度差的平方成正比,流阻系数取决于台肩同钻杆内壁之间的配合关系.
