Abstract
利用地层水中成垢离子,研制了环保型无机凝胶涂层深部调驱液流转向剂( WJSTP).WJSTP溶液注入地层后与地层水交联反应,形成密度与水相近的无机硅酸盐凝胶,凝胶以整体或微粒形式分散悬浮于水中,通过吸附方式在岩石骨架表面逐渐结垢形成无机凝胶涂层,使深部地层水流优势通道逐渐变窄形成流动阻力,导致后续流体转向而达到改善水驱效果的目的.该剂具有快速溶解、耐温、抗盐、环保、长效等特点,先后在塔里木轮南油田、柴达木跃进油区、大港油田等不同温度不同矿化度油藏开展了单井组或区块整体深部调驱现场试验,试验井组转向或增油有效率达100%,并组注水压力平均升高2~3 MPa,对应油井增油、降水有效率达80%以上.
