<正>白芷为伞形科植物白芷Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth.et Hook.f.的干燥根,具有解表散寒、祛风止痛、宣通鼻窍、燥湿止带、消肿排脓的功效,治疗感冒头痛、眉棱骨痛、鼻塞、鼻渊、牙痛、白带、疮疡肿痛[1]。白芷的主要成分为香豆素类物质[2],2010版《中国药典》仅对其中欧前胡素含量进行了测定,考虑到不同提取方法可能会影响欧前胡素的含量,我们通过RP-HPLC法测定并比较白芷不同提取方法的欧前胡素含量,为
