<正>某集团下属水泥厂2 000t/d生产线的DCS系统采用了美国AB公司ControlLogix控制系统。运行多年后,DCS系统的性能大不如以前,急需进行改造。1问题介绍原系统硬件配置见图1。整个DCS由ControlNet网、3个现场控制站、3个远程站、4个操作员工作站和1个工程师工作站组成。ControlNet网采用(A,B)双网冗余结构。每个现场控制站均由AB公司的ControlLogix5555系列控制器、通讯接口模块1756-CNBR和输入输出模块组成。远程站配置了通讯接口
