<正>p53基因是抑癌基因,其编码的P53蛋白具有调控细胞生长、诱导细胞衰老和凋亡的作用。然而p53基因也是人类肿瘤突变率最高的基因之一,几乎一半的肿瘤出现p53基因失活。约有1/3的人乳腺癌细胞出现p53突变。野生型p53诱导凋亡的功能一直被认为能增强化疗的效果,但在乳腺癌方面却存在争议。有文献报
