Abstract
<正>患者女,25岁,主因双侧腕关节畸形伴功能障碍15年,近期出现疼痛、无力,左髋关节脱位24年来我院就诊。查体:双腕膨大,向背侧弯曲,尺骨茎突突出,前臂较短而弯曲,腕背伸、旋后、尺偏受限,桡偏尚无明显受限,掌屈活动度增加,腕痛,无力,无肿胀。无外伤史,无兄弟,父母及妹妹均未见异常。实验室检查未见异常。X线检查:双侧桡骨变短,略呈弓形弯曲,右侧尺骨
