浅谈我国《森林法》的修改

Abstract
我国颁布《森林法》已有三十余年时间,其间虽历经多次修改,但是终因其是在我国计划经济时期制定的,因而具有一定的局限性。分析了我国现行《森林法》存在的问题,并提出了修改的建议。
