<正>浸润性中晚期膀胱癌需要行全膀胱切除术,随着微创外科技术的发展,腹腔镜下全膀胱切除及尿流改道术日渐成熟,2012年12月~2013年2月我们开展3例腹腔镜下全膀胱切除回肠代膀胱术,获得成功,现报道如下。1临床资料与方法1.1一般资料本组3例,均为男性,年龄分别为64、68、73岁。3例分别因无痛性肉眼血尿5、6、8个月就诊。CT
