Abstract
目的提高对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并假性肠梗阻(IPO)的认识及治疗。方法报告2例SLE合并IPO病例并结合文献进行复习。结果 2例患者均符合SLE诊断标准,且2例均有消化系统和泌尿系统的损害。结论 SLE合并IPO临床少见,对于难治性SLE合并IPO治疗更复杂困难。
