<正>小儿单纯性肥胖症是由于能量摄入长期超过人体的消耗,使体内脂肪过度积聚,体重超过了一定范围的一种慢性营养障碍性疾病。近年来小儿单纯性肥胖的发病率在我国呈明显上升趋势,我国1986年8个城市0～7岁儿童单纯性肥胖率为0.91%,而1996年为1.76%[1]。桂林市2009年对125所幼儿园19 517名学龄前儿童体检情况分析,发现肥胖占4.36%,且各年龄段数值均较2008年有上升。儿
