Abstract
糖尿病(DM)与甲状腺疾病是临床上常见的内分泌代谢性疾病。甲状腺疾病常合并DM,其临床变化多样。甲状腺疾病可使DM恶化,也可使DM好转。二者存在着诸多内在联系,某些激素的异常改变可能与DM的发生相关。本文就DM合并甲状腺功能异常改变的相关表现和发病机理做简单概述。
