<正>神经系统副肿瘤综合征(NPS)在临床上较为少见,容易误诊,我科收治1例误诊为慢性Guillain-Barre综合征,现报告如下。患者男,60岁。因双下肢无力3个月加重,伴头晕、复视3d于2009年5月26日入院。患者3个月前无明显诱因出现双下肢对称性无力,行走后明显,进行性加重,出现抬腿困难,逐渐不能行走,无肢体麻木、疼痛。3d前出现头晕,非旋转性,双眼复
