Abstract
<正>脑出血后继发的血液高凝是造成脑损伤的主要原因之一,而凝血酶在其中发挥着较大的作用。研究发现凝血酶在脑出血早期对脑实质产生多种损伤,如脑水肿、炎性损伤和细胞凋亡性损伤等。丹参酮对凝血机制具有双向调节作用,有明显抗凝及抗凝血酶作用,从而抑制脑水肿,促进血肿吸收,减轻凝血酶所致的细胞毒性作用。本文通过对脑出血急性
