Abstract
目的探讨院前和院内救治重度骨盆骨折患者的方式和方法。方法回顾性分析我科2006年5月至2011年10月收治的21例重度骨盆骨折患者的临床救治资料。结果本组21例中18例恢复生命体征,送入骨科行确定性治疗,抢救成功率达85.7%,死亡3例,死亡率为14.3%。结论遵循"限制性(延迟性)液体复苏"和"损害控制骨科"原则(DCO)治疗骨盆骨折能取得较高的抢救成功率。
