<正>据统计,骶髂关节半脱位在下腰痛病人中的发病率为15%～25%。骶髂关节半脱位又称骶髂关节紊乱症、骶髂关节错缝,是指骶骨与髂骨的耳状关节在外力和其他致病因素的作用下,造成其周围韧带肌肉损伤和超出生理活动范围使耳状关节面产生微小移动(最微小者只有1.0～2.0mm的错移)而不能自行复位,导致该关节内外力学环境失衡和相关软组织损伤,
