<正>笔者自2009年3月～2010年6月应用空心钉锁定钢板治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折,获得了较好的临床疗效。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组22例股骨颈骨折,受伤至手术时间平均为(7±2)d。男12例,女10例;年龄(38±0.8)岁。根据Garden分型:Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型9例,Ⅳ型2例。常规完善术前相关检查,行胫骨结节持续骨牵引,保持髋部过外展位,下肢中立
