应用气相色谱法同时测定食品中三种对羟基苯甲酸酯类的含量

Abstract
本文主要研究了运用气相色谱法同时测定食品中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯的含量。采用岛津GC-2010Plus气相色谱仪,配Rtx-5(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱分离,并用氢火焰检测器检测。其结果表明:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯的回收率均在88.97%～98.98%之间,不同的方法其精密度RSD值均在10%以下。
