Abstract
<正>微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长度为18～26nt的小分子非编码RNA。研究表明miRNA与人类肿瘤的发生发展有重要关联;其通过与靶基因mRNA结合在转录后水平调控肿瘤相关基因表达。靶基因mRNA序列中与miRNA相结合的区域称为miRNA结合靶点区(miRNA binding site)。
