浙江磐安产玉竹酸水解产物HPLC指纹图谱研究

Abstract
目的:应用RP-HPLC建立玉竹酸水解产物的指纹图谱。方法玉竹酸水解产物以DABS-Cl柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版"处理测定图谱。结果:获得了玉竹酸水解产物的HPLC指纹图谱,含共有峰17个。结论:本方法样品处理简便,重复性好,可用于玉竹药材的质量控制。
