Abstract
<正>心房颤动(Af)是临床最常见的心律失常之一我国心房颤动的总患病率为0.77%,80岁以上人群中的患病率高达7.5%。心房颤动患者发作时强烈的不适体验(如心悸、心力衰竭等)以及对可能继发脑卒中等严重血管事件的担心,均严重影响患者的身心健康,本文拟探讨心房颤动患者的医学应对方式特点,为制定临床心理、护理干预措施提供一定的参考。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:2010年6月至2011年6月在本院心内科住院的阵发性心房颤动患者84例,其中男51例,女33例,年龄36～78(55.12±13.53)岁,病程0.5
