Abstract
<正>1病历资料患者,男性,59岁。间断上腹部不适4月,外院门诊行18F-FDG PET-CT检查未见全身明显代谢异常征象。检查3天后突然出现下腹部绞痛,解黑便300ml,伴乏力、心慌。入我院后查血色素9g/L,给予抑酸补液治疗,同时查血肿瘤标记物CA199、CEA、AFP均<正常值。
