<正>肿瘤溶解综合征(tumor lysis syndrome,TLS)是由于肿瘤细胞大量溶解破坏,细胞内物质快速释放入血超过了肝脏代谢和肾脏排泄能力所致,主要代谢紊乱是高尿酸血症、高钾血症、高磷酸血症及低钙血症,并可因溶解细胞所释放的尿酸盐沉积在肾内而导致急性肾脏功能衰竭。TLS常发生于肿瘤化疗
