Abstract
目的:探讨急性脑出血(ACH)患者血清尿酸(uA)水平与临床相关性。方法:97例ACH患者入院后检测uA,根据uA值分为高血清尿酸组与非高血清尿酸组,分析2组患者的临床分型、意识状态、预后与uA关系。结果:97例患者47例为高血清尿酸,50例为非高血清尿酸,58例重症,39例轻症,46例意识清楚,51例意识障碍,22例死亡;47例高尿酸组91.49%(43/47)患者为临床重症,87.23%(41/47)为意识障碍,42.55%(20/47)死亡。结论:检测uA水平可作为评估ACH预后的参考指标。
