Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of management of pregnancy weight on controlling neonate weight and pregnant outcome.Methods:1 120 primiparas with body mass index(BMI)≥24 kg/m2 were randomly divided into control and observation groups.Primiparas in control group only underwent routine prenatal examination.Primiparas in observation group were received individual weight management.Then the newborn weight and the pregnancy outcome including hypertension of pregnancy,gestational diabetes mellitus,birth process block,neonatalasphyxia,postpartum hemorrhage of two groups were observed.Results:The incidence of macrosomia of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypertension of pregnancy,gestational diabetes mellitus,birth process block,neonatal asphyxia,postpartum hemorrhage were also lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Incidence of weight at 3-3.5 kg neonate' mother's above pregnancy outcomes were lowest(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neonate weight controlled 3-3.5kg by management of pregnancy weight is beneficial to pregnant outcome.
