Abstract
<正>本文报道了2例多发性骨髓瘤肿瘤细胞泛发入血病例,1例血中肿瘤细胞占0.09,另一例肿瘤细胞占0.11。1临床资料1.1病例1患者女,58岁,因头晕2年,腰骶区骨痛1月入院。体检:体温36.5℃,血压110/70mmHg(14.7/9.3KPa)。神志清醒,贫血面容,表情自然,自主体位,皮肤黏膜无黄染,无皮疹,无皮下出血,浅表淋巴结无肿大。颈软、双侧甲状腺无肿大,心、肺无明显异常,腹软,胸骨无压痛,无肝、脾肿大,腰骶区
