金山区地产蔬菜中硝酸盐污染状况评价

Abstract
采用紫外分光光度法,对金山区地产的25种蔬菜(共214个样品)中硝酸盐含量进行了分析和评价。结果显示,叶菜类硝酸盐含量最高,平均为4034mg/kg,非叶菜类硝酸盐含量均值为358mg/kg;硝酸盐含量为叶菜类>瓜类>豆类>茄果类;叶菜类、瓜类、豆类、茄果类硝酸盐合格率分别为33.64%、37.93%、56.25%、68.57%。
